Hamilton Business Accounting Software Enterprise (Hamilton B.A.S.E.) is a full service computer software and services company specializing in web site design and development, custom business software, custom computer systems, PC repair, data recovery, and data backup services. Hamilton B.A.S.E. has been serving customers in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, and others around the world since 2002.

Return Policy

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
  • All sales are final, with the exception of defective items.
  • Defective items may be returned for identical replacement only. No refunds. Defective items must be returned within their warranty period.
  • All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories, and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid or returned to our office. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
  • Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
  • All replacement merchandise is billed to your credit card (merchandise and tax if applicable, no freight). When defective merchandise is received, your credit card will be credited for the original merchandise amount. All replacement items will be shipped upon request for return authorization. A new tracking number will be e-mailed to you when it ships.
  • All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty.
  • Special order items are not returnable unless defective.
  • When returning a printer, please remove all ink or toner cartridges before shipment. Failure to do so may damage the printer and credit cannot be given.
  • Software may not be returned for any reason.
  • All clearly marked discontinued items will not be accepted for return.
  • All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
  • We will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong product(s). All refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
  • If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you notate the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged.
